Salted & dried fish is the very foundation of our legacy. Our Norwegian salted & dried fish originates from the cold arctic waters surrounding our coast. It's known for its flavor, whiteness, and texture worldwide.

All our products originate from regulated and sustainable populations (ICES and MSC). The fish is gutted and split before it's cured to ensure the natural rich and balanced flavor. Then the fish is dried for three to five days, depending on the size. After drying, it's stored at 0-4C. The whole process is carefully monitored by our trusted workers, who are also responsible for the final inspection before the fish is packed and shipped out in the world.
