3 recipes - a taste of summer
Nothing says summer like Norwegian seafood. We've collected three of our favorite recipes for you to get a true taste of summer.
1. Grilled king crab (2 portions)
Ingredients:
- 400g king crab
- Chopped chives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Herbal oil
Spice up your crab with herbal oil or butter with herbs, chives and garlic. Grill it on high heat. If the crab is already boiled, it doesn't need as much time on the grill.
2. Grilled salmon (2 portions)
Ingredients:
- 400g salmon
- 1 pomegranate
- Green salad
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil
Season your salmon with salt and pepper. Fry or grill with a dash of oil. Serve the salmon with a green salad and pomegranate.
3. Salted & dried fish salad (2 portions)
Ingredients:
- 400g salted & dried fish
- Oven-baked cherry tomatoes
- Shallots
- Green salad
- Oil
Brush the fish with oil, pepper and shallots. You can choose if you want to fry or grill the fish. Mix the salted & dried fish flakes with oven-baked cherry tomatoes, salad and oil.
